What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number and consignment details you choose to give us. We collect nothing else through this website that identifies you personally.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving the site securely. We use analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to quote for the work, and to carry out the freight forwarding or customs clearance you engage us for. Where we are acting as your customs broker we also process the information necessary to file with customs on your behalf.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Carriers, airlines, shipping lines, terminals, customs authorities and other government agencies, but only where handling or clearing your consignment requires it. We also use ordinary business service providers such as email and website hosting.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become business are kept only as long as they are useful to answer. Records relating to consignments we have handled are kept for the periods that customs, tax and company law require of us, which is longer than we would otherwise choose.

Your rights
