Specialist lane
Aircraft on ground
AOG spares moved against the clock, at the hours an AOG actually happens.
The problem
An aircraft on ground costs money by the hour. The constraint is rarely the flight, it is whether someone answers at 3am and can clear the part on arrival.
What we do about it
- A number that is answered outside office hours, because an AOG does not wait for Monday.
- First available routing identified and booked, including on carriers we do not normally use for the lane.
- Customs clearance prepared in parallel with the booking rather than after arrival.
- Dangerous goods handled where the part requires it, since many aircraft components do.
Moving aircraft on ground?
Commodity, weight, origin and destination is enough for a first response that is actually useful.
Other lanes we handle
Seafood by air
Live, chilled and frozen seafood out of Trivandrum. Cold chain from the packing house to the aircraft hold.
Dangerous goods
DGR declarations, packing groups, and honest answers about what will and will not fly.
Live animals
Live Animals Regulations, container specifications, and the welfare constraints that govern the routing.
Valuables
Secure handling for high-value consignments, with custody documented at every transfer.
